 Please note that the office will be closed from Monday 29th May to Friday 2nd June inclusive.

All orders, emails and queries received during this time will be processed on our return.  The website will remain open as usual.

All orders placed by midnight Sunday 28th May will be dispatched before we close.

 We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving them.

You will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched once it has been collected by Royal Mail. If you choose to use one of our tracked services for your order, this email will also contain your tracking number.

 Standard services

Royal Mail First Class Delivery - £3.99 - Standard first class post (no text/email notification)

  Royal Mail Second Class Delivery - £2.99 - Standard second class post (no text/email notification)

Enhanced services

Royal Mail Standard 48 Tracked Delivery - £4.99 - fully trackable, free text/email notification to confirm when out for delivery and when delivered

Royal Mail Upgraded 24 Tracked Delivery - £5.99fully trackable, free text/email notification to confirm when out for delivery and when delivered

(Please note the timescale for our tracked services (eg 24, 48) applies from the date of dispatch, not the date of order)

Local Collection

If you live locally to us and would prefer to collect your order, this is possible by appointment.  Please select 'When collecting from IP14' as your postage option at checkout, and email us once you have placed your order to arrange a mutually convenient time for collection.

You will need to collect your order from our offices at Tannery House, Combs Tannery, Stowmarket, Suffolk, IP14 2EN

Please note we do not operate a 'drop in' service and orders can only be collected by arranged appointment during working hours Monday - Friday, and on occasional Saturdays.

PLEASE ENSURE YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS AND EMAIL DETAILS ON YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT ARE UP TO DATE AND ACCURATE.  UPDATE EMAILS AND TRACKING NUMBERS  (where applicable) ARE SENT AUTOMATICALLY BY OUR ORDER SYSTEM TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS ON THE ORDER, SO IF IT IS OUT OF DATE OR INCORRECT, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THEM.

PARCELS WILL BE SENT TO THE 'DELIVERY ADDRESS' ON YOUR ORDER.  WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PARCELS IF SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS DUE TO INCORRECT DETAILS BEING GIVEN.

   If you are not likely to be in during the day, and choose one of our Tracked Services, you can opt to use Royal Mail Safeplace - provide us with details of a secure, weatherproof place on the premises or near neighbour (house number of specific neighbour(s) must be given) where Royal mail can leave your parcel if you are not in when they attempt delivery.  Parcels cannot be left outside/in a garden or open area, or in any form of wheelie bin.

 Leave details of your Safeplace in the relevant section at the checkout.  This service does not apply to standard Royal Mail 24 or 48.

   We do not currently ship outside the UK, and are not able to deliver to BFPO addresses.
